Is the SDK really free?
Yes. Apache-2.0 and MIT, forever. Use it in research, in production, on one machine or a hundred. No usage limits, no tracking, no asterisks.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who logs into Cloud. The SDK is unlimited — your whole team can run evals locally without an account. You only pay for people who need shared history and CI gating.
What happens if I hit the case limit?
Nothing breaks. We’ll reach out and work out a plan that fits your usage. No surprise invoices, no throttling mid-run.
Can I self-host Cloud?
Not today. Cloud runs single-tenant in the region you choose, and your .eno files stay in your own storage. For teams with strict requirements, talk to us about Enterprise.
Do you offer startup or academic discounts?
Yes. If you’re pre-revenue or at a research lab, reach out and we’ll figure it out.
What if I stop paying?
Your .eno files are yours — they’re local files in a documented format. Cloud history becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can export everything and walk away.
